Why do you think so many people have good facial development and straight teeth when they're young, but their face slowly grows longer and more narrow as they get older, and their teeth get more and more crooked? That isn't normal, healthy facial growth. It's due to our modern industrialized diet of soft food, poor posture due to sitting around all day, and mouth breathing.

People in the past had strong jaws and straight teeth because they ate tougher food and had proper posture.
