anon you should try reading up on lucid dreaming. also that sounds super comfy i used to do the same a couple of years ago except i would write down all of my dreams as soon as i woke up. it was hard to remember the details at first but i got used to it after a couple of days. I used to have so much fun doing that i never lived different lives i was just in different scenarios. I still have my dream journal saved on my ipod.

My only excitement is via dreams too -- I set my alarm for 2 hours before I really need to get up and then use snooze to wake me up every 15 minutes. I don't write down my dreams though; I just enjoy them in the moment.

Any reason you would recommend CANWILD over DILD. I find that DILD takes a bit longer but its also easier. It's a bit like meditating in everyday life and being mindful.
