It is sort of amazing how nice it must feel to at least almost always be in the moment instead of thinking about countless prior, and potential future things, too.

I dislike the idea of inundating oneself with toxic and possibly dangerous substances, but it feels like solace being able to temporarily silence, or quiet that mach speed hyperawareness that is always there.

I don't even walk around with a superiority complex thinking about how thoughtless others are. You never really know what is running through somebody's mind by simply looking at them.

I only envy those who are able to clear their mind at will, or of course have no need to do so in the first place. I have been working on this for some time, and have gotten better at it, but it is so often tempting to take the easier route to brief peace of mind through drugs of various sorts.

After a while weed actually makes it even worse, but yeah I agree. Most smart people are miserable, dumb people are happy. Ignorance is always bliss. The more I know, the sadder I become. I hate over thinking everything.
