Pretty much all mass produced beverages are terrible.

I wanted to buy an iced tea and it was like 35g of sugar in a bottle. That's not nearly as bad as soda usually is (I think a can of Coke is like 45g, A CAN) but still an insane amount of sugar for ONE drink. When I eat food, I usually drink about 2-3 water bottles worth of water so drinking a bottle like that wouldn't even quench my thirst. Hell I drink like 7-8 bottles of water a day in total. If I treated that like water, that's like 300g of sugar a day just from my beverages alone. A lot of food you'd never expect has sugar in it too. You'd be on sugar overload everyday. I would have diabetes within a few months if I didn't die.

I don't know how fatties do it. Some fatties drink 2 liters of coke a day, that's insane.
