I did it last week.

Go to party store. Rent helium canister, make sure it's pure helium or close to pure. Head to hardware store, buy gas regulator and tubing, buy yourself a c pap mask, hook up said tubing to regulator and turn on then gas. Breath in helium. Your body doesn't know the difference between helium and oxygen. You pass out under a minute while continuing to breath in helium. No pain, no panic. No tears, only dreams. Good luck anon

Buy Argon gas at welding supply. It has to be completely inert so welding doesn't create a massive layer of oxide slag. As a noble gas, like helium, it will have the same effect. Will stay in your lungs too.
