Not in a while, and even then its only for a little bit. I can see it helping, but with self awareness, it lessens as you can see thst crying doesn't really change how cucked your life is

Thats beautiful OP. I wish i could do that.

I break down and start really sobbing once every year or two, and the trigger is usually something completely random.

Like when i was a teen i just looked at my dog and how he is such a beautiful creature and it made me cry for hours. Other times i would just listen to like scotish pipe music (i think it was the funeral one) and BAM, suddenly it breaks me down and i keep crying for hours, taking 528 photos and then deleting them all.

It really is great, dont make it into something bad or weird. Its great to let it all out and i wish i could control when it happens or make it happen more often.

OP here. This is the thing I've always loved about this board. There's an undeniably large amount of compassion and sympathy towards other robots. I love you guys. I really do.
