My Grandmother left me her fully paid off house and I live a NEET life in it and I rent out the basement to Wagecucks for 1000 freedombucks a month to pay for utilities property tax and HOA fees and my inexpensive NEET lifestyle.

Sometimes I get a partime Wagie job if I get bored or want even more spending money. Every year I usually put away around 10k into savings. I have about 70k saved up so far and will soon put 50K toward a downpayment on another house to rent out to another poor Wagie who will pay the monthly morgage, Utilities, HOA and tax

I'll probably form an LLC that will "own" both of my houses so I can write almost everything off as expenses and pay even less in taxes
