Don't follow your 'one' on social media. It will fuck your shit up. Some of the best advice I've ever gotten from a therapist was to stop following my 'one' on FB and a Twitter. My mood improved considerably as a result.

OP here. I have a oneitis I haven't had contact with in several years but I still stalk her instagram and tumblr. At this point it doesn't even hurt, I just want hot pictures
