I don't like anime anymore. I feel like it's gay and

I honestly have not been able to watch a single new anime since AoT. Every show is the same garbage even the shows that parody the slice-of-life-ecchi-moe genres become the same shit over time. It's so cringey hearing grown ass men talk about it as well.

I sometimes watch old shows. I have about 300GB of anime from 1980-2007 saved on my harddrive

I feel like I've been forcing myself to watch anime lately. I always get this feeling of "I should be doing something else right now" whenever I watch anime or play video games. I never get this feeling when I watch Western TV or movies though. It's like my subconscious knows someone my age would be looked down on for indulging in "childish" stuff like that.
