Just because tall guys put less effort into getting dates/fucking more attractive women than you could ever get doesn't mean that your somehow permanently stuck being a virgin.

I'm short, ugly, dark skinned and due to my genetics I gain a fuck ton of weight if my diet is anything but perfect but I make do with what i've got.

How often you feel like eating and for what reason you feel like eating are somewhat genetic but for almost everyone 'muh genetics' are easy to overcome if you can develop even a skerrick of self control.

As a fat man, this is definitely a common issue. I used comfort eating to deal with stress for a while, and I didn't understand how many calories I was consuming until I started tracking what I eat with the myfitnessplan app. Holy shit certain foods can be calorie dense.

I remember a study that said obese people regularly underestimate how much they consume by something like 20-40%.

Some people are just naturally skinny fucks and anybody who says otherwise is retarded.

With that said, I have fat genetics and yet I'm skinny af now, so anyone with enough willpower can do it.
