I love Eurobeat, I absolutely love it.

But it's a huge genera and a lot of the music is just churned out shoveltunes. Initial D picks aside, you often find yourself having to sort through a lot of gravel to find some true gems.

It's up to you, I guess. Listen to em on shuffle. Keep in mind Eurobeat is full of shuffletunes, so you're going to have to listen to a lot of crap before coming across something you like, and you will get burned out quickly of it.

Truly, all other forms of music are unintelligent and a mere obfuscation of the highest God, Allah.

The Initial D compilation albums are usually pretty good if you want some cherry picking done for you beforehand.

Occasionally they have some tracks that aren't that great, but usually they're pretty good. They favor some artists than others (Dave Rodgers, Mega NRG Man, et cetera), so you're not getting as wide a variety, but that's not necessarily bad since a lot of Eurobeat is (let's be honest) pretty bad.
