I feel like aging somehow froze during high school. When I see college-aged people they look like high schoolers to me in a sense. I know once you actually put a high schooler next to a uni student the difference becomes clear though. It seems to be relative.

Its ok. Im 26 and even though i physically am not what i used to be, and i take on a lot more responabilities, I really don't feel any different than I ever have. I think being able to keep some childlike behaviours is good for a person.

You are essentially still a kid; the difference is a shift in responsibility. I paid my taxes online using free software, it's easy. Getting a job isn't that great but it's better than wasting away in your parents house, scared shitless of the next social event/holiday you're forced to attend.
Trust me, gtfo of your parents house as soon as you can. The first step is getting a job.

TaxAct is what it was called. It's free software provided on the IRS website. As long as you made 64k or less, it's free to use. There are others options available but I just chose the first one.

In Yurop you only need a credit card for foreign online shops or if you travel a lot (using credit card is way cheaper or even free compared to getting cash and the debit card of your bank might not be accepted, while Mastercard and Visa are accepted pretty much everywhere).
Also online hotel booking often wants cc credentials as "insurance" if they keep a room free but you don't show up.
