Just made half a loaf of bread's worth of french toast. I'm still hungry. I'm always hungry.

I dont have any addictions (weed, vidya) except this one. I'm not even obese just skinnyfat but people joke about it all the same.

I gym 3 times a week to no avail. I eat healthy food, albeit in constant quantities. I'm just filling the void now.

After about a week of dieting your apetite should recede anon. Just play vidya all day and go jerk off when feeling hungry. Also dont keep shit food around the house if you are prone to binge eating. Got from over 100kg to 68 kg doing this.

You have to physically go to the store to buy these things.

Create a shopping list and only buy the things on it. Get nuts to snack on. If you substitute water for soda and juice that will be a huge help.

The battle is won at the supermarket.

i used to binge eat, then i just started to drink water instead of eat because i couldn't afford to keep eating this way

Not OP but the thing is you kinda go in a trance whilst shopping and then you come home with stuff you feel guilty about and you get rid of it to correct the guilt.

Lists haven't helped one bit and there's a store a block away from my flat, so it's too easy to go there. I don't like nuts. Drinking water is no problem 'cause that's usually the only thing I drink.

I never store unhealthy foods at home because I eat them all right away after buying kek
