Why don't you wear makeup? 4/10 girls can become 8/10's just by doing good makeup on themselves.
So who said us guys can't do the same? Of course you can't use so much of it but there's plenty of stuff you can put on to make a difference without it being noticeable.
For instance what I do is, I will take some of my Sister's foundation and just smear some on my laugh lines and eye bags and forehead wrinkles. It looks very obvious that I'm wearing makeup straight after, but if you just sleep on it and take a shower the next day without scrubbing your face just enough will stay on to make a big difference but not be noticeable. This has worked wonders for me so feel free to use it robots.

just buy a bb cream in your skin tone or a concealer. its better than stealing your sisters stuff. and people can tell if you don't have foundation that matches your tone or if its just in patches. nobody would notice if you had a bb cream on. valentines is coming up, go to walmart or sephora and pretend you're getting your gf bare minerals brand bb cream or tarte shape tape concealer.
