Why should I want to a contributing, productive member of society

Why do you give a fuck about what the 100 or so people you know have done? Don't associate with them. Somebody else will create a poopoo pepe cable TV channel or liquidate the ESRB. If you can't afford revenge, somebody else will become president, ban Muslims from entering the US and get rid of Russian regulations. This was such a fantastic show, it's a shame it got so shit on because of the pilot episode.
Especially the miniseries released between season 1 and 2, some of the most entertaining and engaging tv I've seen.
