white tissue could be the tendon if it is deep enough, but could also just be the dying skin with the blood drained out

if the cut was a clean cut with something very sharp then the skin should heal with time. consider going and getting some liquid bandage for it to help seal the skin back together. its like a superglue for skin since its in a high movement area you need to keep it closed. keep it covered in triple H antibiotic ointment to avoid infection and keep it from drying out. This will promote better healing.

I'd personally use a butterfly bandage to keep it pulled closed, and splint the finger so it doesn't open up with movement.

You can bandage over the butterfly to absorb blood, but don't remove the butterfly until it gets pretty much healed.

If you have health insurance go to an urgent care, you might need stitches.

And an AIDS cocktail, because why shouldn't I be a dick about it too.
