I wish I could've avoided hanging out with the wrong crowd and stopped trying to be cool but that started around 6th grade. If I didn't try to be cool and just did the shit I liked and enjoyed and maybe I would've ended up with real friends and maybe I would've ended up being someone since I was actually smart.

I'd move on from my oneitis at the time because I don't even find her attractive now and it was obvious nothing would ever happen with her. I'd try to socialize more instead of being the proto shut-in that I was. I'd lie about my medical issues while trying to join the army my senior year because it might have saved me from the next 4 years of loneliness and social isolation.
