I recently thought about working out but I'm too autistic to go to the gym, did anyone here try out a bodyweight workout and did it make you feel better?
How tall are you?
And how much do you weigh? Original stats

yes. you can get a lot out of pushups, pull ups, jumping squats, tricep dips, etc. if you are willing and able, you really should do it. when you get toned and have a little mass you will have more confidence to go to the gym too probably.

Do you know good routine you would recommend? I probably shouldn't do whatever and try to develop a habit at the start already.

Just go to the gym and keep to yourself. Nobody is going to care about you being there, at the most all you'll have to respond to is the question "are you using this?"

this looks pretty good. i've been doing body weight on and off, keep losing my results, but was doing roughly this without much trouble.
the routine is like 20 this 10 that, but you should also do them in sets until you feel like you can't do them anymore. so for me that's like 3-4 sets of each, resting for a minute or two between sets
i think the most important thing though is to do exercises until you can't do them anymore, then let that muscle group rest for a few days
