Not trying to discourage, but this chart is dumb BS. AS a former fatty who lost and has kept weight off for 5 years, you just gotta fight the cravings. Sucks but that is how most people lose and keep weight off. Eating nuts is not gonna get rid of a chocolate or sugar craving.
