Is anybody else really good at changing the way they act to fit

i cant be fake. its why i fail at job interviews because i feel horrible when i lie and i cant be anything but what i am

Why not though i just got a manager position at 20 by lying and saying i had previous positions and selling it i just acted as a figure of authority from the beginning and my team never questioned me haha I had to be taught to use the tills but i fluke the rest and im on 70k salary not huge but it was good for the last year

i would do that but i genuinely cant present myself as normal if i have to lie. it just doesn't come across as believable. even small lies are hard for me to fulfil

honestly idk i just think how i need to act in a situation and do it fake it till you make it. I have confidence from 5 years of drama class and i did school productions, sheila winn shakespeare, and lead with my friends the school theatre sports team. so i mean impromptu acting comes easily now but i feel like i should feel bad for using it to manipulate people but i dont

i just googled it correct me if im wrong but don't you have to be officially diagnosed and if you actually had it and didn't want to be diagnosed couldnt you just act as if you didnt with the psychiatrists?
