I was in uni when that came out. Was dating an anthro post grad. Saw it in theaters, laughed my ass off. Afterwards I asked her what she thought.
>"it confirms everything I feared about the boys I know"
Still dunno what she meant by that.

Had a hard time feeling bad for these guys. At least they had a couple friends, and girls actually talked to them.

everyone is responsible for their own happy ending

I'm saying it was the perfect encapsulation of my hs experience. I'm asking what that anon thought was unreal.

Thank God. Why in the fuck would you want to? I'll take the fucking freedom, even if it comes with responsibility, over living in the security of a cage.
The best summer of my life was my first summer break on my own. $300/month (utilities included) for an old motel room that got converted into a studio apartment. Didn't have shit but a futon mattress on the floor, 3 metal fold out chairs, a small TV sitting on top of a couple milk crates, and a Micro Fridge.
Worked hard, played even harder. Best summer ever.

Highschool is what traumatized me into the recluse I am today. I had an abusive gf all throughout high school who wouldn't even have sex with me and made up lies that i would beat her. If I had another chance, I'd be a better person.
