This is gonna sound crazy but our consciousness is stuck inside a multidimensional prison created by fears and suffering programmed into us. Right now you're reading this but it's actually happening within a dream inside your consciousness. Your real 3-dimensional senses are reflecting off beliefs in your mind and constructing your reality around you. If you've done psychedelics you'll know that experientially.

Children have access to their 4th and 5th dimensional senses. The 4th dimension is not actually time. Only the present exists in a constant fluctuating state.

First start with internal dialogue, observing your thoughts and learning to be a friend with your mind. Learn how to relax the body and the breath.
