Are you on mobile or shared internet? Otherwise it's possible that someone either hacked your wifi or you're a part of a botnet and someone is using your computer as a proxy

most likely a bug. I get banned from mobile all the time and I rarely even post at all. I just disconnect from wifi or relaunch my browser and it goes away
