God is real, anon, but who knows about the afterlife? I'm a Christian and honestly hope there's nothing after this one life. When all is said and done, I'd like to rest for a while.

go back far enough, and we run out of science that can explain "where" things came from. it requires no science to ponder "why"

Based on this, I choose to believe in a creator entity. Why create me without a plan? If the answer to Why? is "for no reason whatsoever" then I would rather kill myself than suffer life with no purpose.
