Do lots of running/cardio work outs, get a punching bag and do about 30 minutes on it 5 times a week. Do low weight, high rep dumbell rows and bench pressing along with body weight exercises like press ups and chin ups.


Drink nothing but water and eat lean meat. Chicken and tuna are what I usually eat, completely cut out the junk food. It's mostly down to genetics how quickly you'll start to see legit results.

Keep watching anime OP. I've watched nothing but anime for the last 12yrs and my body looks just like that.
