Adderall, or any amphetamine. The thought of food will disgust you, I dropped into dangerously low bmi in highschool because of it, hospitalized once (wasn't really that serious, dehydration mostly). Just thinking about food while on adderall will trigger your gag reflex.

Ive forced the habbit of drinking my 10 cups of water a day so water, fruits and watery vegetables go down easy.
