Vortioxetine made me feel normal for the first time in my life
Literally dissolved all anxieties but it stopped working after 6 months
Still trying the psychiatrist shuffle hoping to find a med that works again

6 months seems like a pretty good amount of time for any drug

I take 20 MG of lexipro in order not to have panic attacks in social enviroments. This is also related to severe OCD so this ssri's is treating both. Took 2 months for it to build up but I don't think that went into full effect till at least 4. I was also horrible at keeping dosages on schedule, I also seem to have to change type every 3-4 years. So far I have been on zoloft prosac and now Lexapro.

Im on 20mg Paxil. Helps with my depression I guess, still have panic attacks and anxiety somewhat frequently though. Might ask my doctor about Effexor XR, an SNRI as opposed to an SSRI.

Go with the normal (generic) Effexor, it's the same thing and a million times less expensive.

Runnin on Paxil right now, it might not remove 100% of my anxiety problems (no med can) but its a HELL of a lot better then what it was like before taking it, and the only side effect I have had is a slightly harder time getting off, its not a big issue though it just gives my arm more of a workout then before.

Gimme that Z-O-L-O-F-T

I felt like Paxil didn't work very well for me. I haven't had Lexapro or Prozac, but I've been on Wellbutrin, Zoloft, and Effexor. Wellbutrin was amazing for depression imo.
They give out antihistamines for anxiety too, shit like vistaril (hydroxyzine), it didn't do SHIT for me but it gave me nosebleeds all the time.
I also took Neurotin for anxiety but it was gay and didn't help. The only thing I ever took for anxiety that helped were benzos and I can't get them anymore.

im on 60mg of cymbalta rn and its p good except when i forget to take it. ive tried mirtazapine but it made me p emotionless and dead and i didnt like that its also a weight stimulant. citalopram is alright. it works for a friend of mine but not me.
