>2 bowls of grapes
>Half a sausage with onions
>Under 2000 calories in total
>Feels like I ate 20000 calories

Once you lose the weight, you don't have to diet anymore. Just try to regularly exercise and don't eat McDonald's every day and you'll maintain your weight.
But if you're actively trying to lose weight, slapping ham, avocado, and mayonnaise and shit between two pieces of concentrated unnecessary calories and carbs ain't gonna do you any good.
>don't even count calories
>just eat a shitton because I'm bulking
>still no gains
I'm literally trying to stuff myself until I need to shit and I still can't gain weight.
>>34716034

How long have you been dieting? What's your diet like?
I'm dieting too and we could be diet buddies and share recipes, today I had a really filling meal of chicken, greens, and lentils and it was 50g protein but only ~560 calories.
>somehow manage to accidentally eat a 2000 calorie breakfast
>get emotional about it
>don't eat for the rest of the day
>repeat
Literally how do others cope.
