I had to do a "cleanse" a few months ago that was similar to this. Had to drink a bottle of Miralax and take 2 exlax tablets. Couldn't eat anything that wasn't clear for like a day. Literally sat on the toilet for like 5 hours straight. Shat water for what seemed like forever. Eventually I was literally shitting out clear water. 4/10 experience, horrible while It was happening buy I felt great for a week after
