Downward Spiral by Danny Brown. I know rap isn't r9k's favorite genre, but I was going through a 4 month bender and finally had a complete mental breakdown to this song. Shit convinced me that I couldn't keep going down the same path I was on. Finally actually confronted my depression and went to see a therapist/psychiatrist. Got diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety. On my first round of antidepressants right now. Prozac 20mg I'm at the four week mark and shits rough. My Doctor says I should finally feel normal at the six week mark, but we'll see. This rant is a little bit off topic, but the song and the album changed my life.

I've never really cried to it, but it's the song that brings me the closest to crying.
It sounds pretty happy, not super sad and all that shit but it reminds me of her.
I don't miss her, honestly I hated being with her. It was a chore keeping her from breaking down or going mental.
But I miss those days, those days where I had a chore to do and thinks to aim for.
Those days I actually had something to do, someone to say hello to every morning. A reason to get out of bed in the morning.
I had something to look at tomorrow, even if I didn't look forward to it I didn't fear it. Now there's nothing but fear.
I used to be able to get out of bed in the morning, now I lay there for hours on end looking at my PC drifting in and out of sleep before finally dragging myself out only to find nothing to do.
That's what makes me feel like crying.
