what are some good meal combinations for the 1500 cal diet? i have 400$ to last me the rest of the month. i know the 1500 is suppose to be for girls but i want to loose weight fast. cant take another year of being a fat fuck

Chicken breast for meat. Green veggies like peas, green beans, broccoli etc. Small portions of rice.
Replace snacks with some kind of fruit or some low fat natural yogurt. Only drink water/black coffee/tea

Weigh out a set amount. You don't need to eat it plain, you can do it in various sauces or breadcrumb it with some herbs, provided you keep those low calorie.

My diet is:

>white rice
>grilled chicken (You can buy 1 pound for as cheap as 3-4 bucks)
>bananas
>broccoli/peas/carrots
>green tea
>eggs
>whey protein powder

Granted I'm dieting below 1500 cals. I also grill my chicken and veggies personally.

In the morning I eat an egg and have a serving of the protein powder, also green tea.

2 Bananas for lunch, usually drink a lot of water by this point so the hunger pains aren't severe.

1 cup of two veggies, 4oz of chicken, 1 cup of rice for dinner, also a second consumption of green tea.

That coupled with walking 4 miles a day and a weekend labor job, already lost 20/80 pounds and are 1.5 months in.

Overall diet is 80+ protein,1050-1200 calories if I remember right, and super low fat/carbs.

I realilize you want it off as fast as you can. But you will regain it as fast as you lost it. Your time will be wasted and you starved yourself and went through that hell for nothing.

FOR NOTHING.

Try eating nothing but whole foods and as much as you want. You will lose weight and not be hungrey and in pain. Doesnt that sound better?

And lentils are nasty tasting, don't fall for it.

I don't run the 4 I walk it anon, and if you meant to cut that out entirely you'll burn a lot less fat. I burn around 2450 calories week by walking alone.

Yeah it should all fit, I don't think it'd be too drastically different in price though. Protein powder doesn't need to be refrigerated or anything, same goes for the tea.

Ok, enjoy your chicken veggies and rice then. Make sure you eat a cup of COOKED rice, not dry. And the chicken piece should not be bigger than a deck of playing cards, and no butter or anything on those veggies. Drink only water.

As mentioned, poultry and rice are a very good communication (I'd recommend trying fish if you get bored of chicken), just remember to drink water above all else.
