What are some video games that let you live out school shooter fantasies? I figured robots would be better to ask than /v/. Oblivion, Fallout, Skyrim and the like don't do it for me because no characters really aknowledge your deeds, so it's like killing hordes of mannequins. I'm looking for an atmosphere of panic, chaos, despair and characters aknowledging that you're a genocidal maniac. Bonus points for NPCs begging for their life.

Hatred is a great game to vent out. Literally about a guy who went insane and is only goal is killing people. And yes, it's on Steam. Just don't get too carried away with it my dude.
