I made a thread about it.
Because my carrier has like 10000 IPs and you get a new one if you toggle airplane mode.

Also, my phones IP is banned on /v/, it says my IP range or ISP range has been banned due to abuse, but I can post on other boards just fine. No matter how many times I get a new IP on my phone it stays that way.
