I mean, I personally love uni, but it's not for everyone. If you really hate it and just want to be left alone in life, you have to think about if continuing uni is what you really want to do.
On the other hand, I would advise talking to the doctor and seeing what you can do to deal with your anxiety. You have to understand that you are mentally flawed, but so is literally everyone else. I'm pretty normal, I know quite a few people and every single one of them without fail has something wrong with their head. As for drugs, I understand the position you're in - I myself didn't want to take antidepressants for the longest time, in fact I didn't want to seek help for the longest time. But I ended up listening to my doctor, trying drugs out, and honestly it was a great decision. Doctors want to help you, that's what they're there for, I suggest you give them a shot(:
