You won't get much from home weights unless you've straight up got an entire home gym. It won't be nothing, but it's definitely not super efficient.

Hell, just do bodyweight exercises and cardio if you wanna work out without going to a gym.

Incorrect. Aside from novice gains, you need to be in an energy surplus, regardless of bodyfat. Also, high levels of bodyfat will cause elevated estrogen and lower testosterone which may cause you to make progress slower.

Also, after 6 months of training you're still going to look like a DYEL. No idea why you threw that time frame out

This summer was the first time a girl was actually all over me and she was a solid 7/10.
I cut my own hair because I have been to 5 hairdresser and they fucking suck and I actually cut it better.

Ive been regularly lifting for the last month. Alternating day of workout with day of rest. Plus eating a low carb (not Keto) diet.

I have more energy, and am making quick gains. Then again I actually know what the fuck I'm doing.

But it still hasn't helped the anxiety, or self-loathing. If anything it is fucking me up more because with the higher test I am getting more angry and jealous every fucking time I see a happy couple.

I still cannot approach a woman if my life depended on it.

How do you guys get rid of your fucking anxiety? Therapy is not helping.

stupid bro science, for like three different reasons:
your test levels haven't elevated significantly just from a month of going ot the gym
test doesn't make you angry or jealous, it makes you dominant (which only turns into violence if you're socially maladjusted/a sociopath)

you mention explicitly that you already get angry and jealous, while also telling us that you "know what the fuck" you're doing. It is FAR more reasonable to assume that you are frustrated that your noob gains aren't doing anything for your loneliness, and this frustration manifests externally (onto those couples), because you have no sense of self worth or desire for self improvement.

I have no idea how you can get rid of your anxiety. I was really anxious in social situations until I moved across the world, cut ties with people, and cared less about random people. Not exactly something I could prescribe to you, especially since I don't know what catalysed the "caring less" part, which is arguably the only important transformation. Introspection/Meditation through yoga and long runs likely played some part, maybe start there.

I started working out at home recently. I need to start slow because I'm an incredible weak skinnyfat lanklet. I can barely do ten normal push upsat the moment. I just do body weight exercises for now, I'm just trying to build up enough strength to make going to a real gym worth it. It feels good though and i want to stick with it.

The hardest thing for me is eating enough food. Id estimate that i barely hit 1500 calories most days.

massive mistake dude; you're seeking validation and self worth from the validation of others. I suggest you cut off yourself from social media, don't go to clubs/social places and you spend some time learning to love and accept yourself - as ultimately if you can't love yourself you can't expect anybody else to love you. Keep lifting but take up some hobbies, start reading and work on building up some character. I also suggest Alan Watts lectures, he covers this sort of shit quite a lot.

Use the monkey bars at a park. Grab a backpack and put some weights in it and go for a 30 min walk every other day. SQUATS. Every day you're not doing the walk, do some situps/pushups. Get some small(10-20lb) curl weights and whenever you find you're not doing anything in particular, knock a few curls out. No I don't mean full sets, just a couple here and there while you're waiting for the latest shitposts or while you're making something to eat or sitting ont he toilet or whatever.

Try to do like 10-15 mins of exercise before bed, it'll usually help you fall asleep faster.

I'd also recommend getting a dog(a small one, they don't need much exercise. I have a Shi Zhu personally, he's also a huge pussy magnet), so you have someone to go with you during your walks. Help your dog git fit too.
