It means you are taught using classical methods like music theory, history, composition, harmony.

It basically means from a young age I've been learning how to play, write, and know the history of music. Helps a lot because I can really only make myself express all the shit I am through my music.

The only vital thing is to feel when the clutch is in right position to sync. For a first few times it'll feel like it's the hardest thing to do, but you'll get the hang of it eventually.
