The synth sounds too like, flat. Its in this weird place between happy and sad but not in a good way. It just kind of sounds boring. Its either something to do with the pitch or the effects, I think the arrangement is kind of alright.
Also the backing synth or bass or whatever the fuck it is is far too loud. The drums are a little lacking.
