I like to go to five guys and get their largest all the way combo meal, but not before earing a few bins of peanuts they offer for free and stuffing my bag full of them. I typically drink my entire drink twice before leaving to get more value out of it.

My workout It's simply walking in and out of my house and breathing because my total daily expenditure is slower than most these things are hard for me.

Remember when I said I killed the man in the reflection in the mirror? I literally did.

To visualize yourself then you must actually create an electrical 'field' that's tangible, and it has to extend about two or three feet outside of your head

This literally creates a real living electrical entity that the universe will recognize... It actually becomes a reality and it will continue to extend and travel throughout the space around you and you can actually Channel the visualization of the new thinner you into the universe

Once it actually extends outside of your head and enter the universe has its own electrical entity, things have a way of falling into place naturally

A good example of this processes help people believe in karma but it doesn't exist... in all actuality the more you bend over to be nice to people and to help them, the more the universe sees your collective electrical field, and will eventually decide that you're a welcome mat

If you want them good, to come your way you occasionally have to remind the universe that you are a asshole

And you can take charge of the universe's perception of who you are regarding your physical appearance as well

You will never succeed no matter how hard you try.. No matter how many calories you count... No matter how small the portions are... UNTIL YOU VISUALIZE YOURSELF THIN

I've measured it out perfectly lad. Each bar was 200 calories with 180 mg of sodium, no fat or sugar, the almond milk was around 150 calories a cup and 10% dv of fat also I mistyped, it was only a quart, not a gallon while the kiwis has 7 grams of sugar each, keeping my below my daily limit of 36 grams, while the fish should stand on its own

I felt the amount was alright, while it was the nutritional value that may've been lacking.
