if i smoke on an empty stomach it can make me feel a little nausia, if i had to smoke a whole pack at once id probably puke after 4, am i a pussy?

I bought a pack a few days ago. I've smoked about 5 of them so far and I've been coughing up a lot of phlegm. Is this normal?

I've smoked before but usually like a couple at a party and then I'll never touch them again for months.

There's a reason why having a cigarette is universally regarded as a way to help focus the mind. Nicotine is a very effective stimulant (not that that doesn't also carry with other long term health effects, but still)

The main issue is that to non smokers you will smell like shit all the time. And I do mean all the time. You yourself will learn not to notice it but cig smoke clings to clothes and hair like nothing else.
I would also recommend smoking lights to minimise the addiction. It's actually feasible to quit successfully cold turkey off of a ~5 light a day habit
