I don't do "nofap" really. I just reduced my amount. I just fap when I get really horny, which is usually 1 time a week. Much better than fapping several times a day, which I used to do. It's just that after a while it feels like you get horny from pretty much everything and want to fuck a woman. Fap away once and you are good to go for a while once again and couldn't care less about women. Moderation is the key
