My knees hurt when I run

Don't like running outside. Running on treadmills with headphones is nice though.

Because running draws attention to me.

I was born with asthma, after a few life threatening attacks and hospital stays i grew out of it, I ran every second day for 10km for 2 years, but I still can't even do 2km without having to stop to catch my breath, and it feels humiliating

One of my coworkers was an avid runner, she used to do multiple marathons in a year. Now she's had hip surgery multiple times and can't run anymore.

Don't run excessively, it's bad for your body.
