What's your go-to coping mechanism for when you're feeling particularly suicidal
Music. Netflix
Masturbation and organising a night out so I have something to look forward to.

>>34613820
how do i watch subbed anime without torrenting? that's literally the only reason i don't watch anime, i don't wanna torrent it.
i would be a huge animu head otherwise. i started watching Hyouka! and stopped because i couldn't find the uploader again.
Vidyo gams.
>>34613846

>>34613881

i dont have the disc space to torrent anime.

Go on a walk around your local park/neighborhood, and possibly try to talk to any homeless people around.
alcohol
world of warcraft
sleeping for 15+ hours
Working out, punching things, being really fucking mean to girls/women who are nice to me.
Alcohol and memes.
>>34614097
>girls/women who are nice to me
>>34613743
crying then falling asleep
>>34614136
They're only "nice" because they see me as a "project" to fix, or as a pathetic child to be pitied. Nobody actually likes me.
>>34614166
Thats shit too. Im basically invisible to women even if active or not. But being seen as project to fix would be shitty too. I wish I knew how to give up completely.
>>34613743
anime and sleeping
>>34613743
A new Metroid game would help...
Fuck you, Nintendo
>>34613743
I cant. I thought I could be all my coping mechanisms are very short lived. I used therapeutic techniques, drugs, alcohol, anime, games, philosophy and its basically one or a few times use and then it no longer works. Soon I will run out of options and then probably off myself.
>>34613743
Just enduring it. Not letting myself run away. Accepting that things are horrible but that if I abstain from vices and escape measures, I will turn things around. At a push though, exercise, a hot, dark shower and a lie down.
>>34613901
>no space
you can download one file at a time

tfw to inteligent to figure out how to torrent.
just kidding, i guess there's no other way. time for hyouka.
>>34613846
Why don't you want to torrent it?
>>34613743
I think of the fact that the only thing I can be upset about is the fact that girls don't want to kiss my mouth or hold my hand. Aside from that my life is fine.
>this one thing still overshadows everything else and I'm depressed about being repulsive to women

>>34614397

Getting ugly drunk and listening to music that makes me cry until I feel some kind of catharsis.

Music and games, been doing that for 20 years.
McFlurry
Yesterday I had a emotional breakdown, I had to drive back home at 30mph because I was afraid my demons would purposely crash the car to kill me.
>>34614724
This is what I do after I tried nearly anything to change but nothing helps.
>>34614791
slice of life anime, school setting.
>>34613901
If it's really about disk space, you can configure uTorrent to download start to finish and then open the file in VLC Player and watch each episode as it downloads.
>>34615106
i got enough disc space for Hyouka! i'll just figure it out later.
>>34613743
Drugs music anime and drawing
Or ill lock myself in my room for entire days and watch non stop alan watts videos
Nobody mentioned "putting their emotions into words," especially documenting them on paper. It's like magic, something as simple as saying "I'm angry" or "I'm sad" or "I'm horny," even if it isn't vocalized, does fucking WONDERS that hours of psychiatric rationalizations will fail to approach.
>>34615206
that works but only if you are not voicing them or you are having a chaos in them but if you already know what is the problem it doesnt work for me because I always get depressed by the fact I cant change the situation that is causing them.
>>34615289
You don't have to be complicated. Just say "I'm sad" or "I'm depressed." The more obvious it is the better.
>>34615437
It brings no relief because I already did that is what I was saying. I get absolutely nothing if I simply write or say outloud my emotions and state of feeling.
