The paradox of choice.
spend at least 30 minutes a day playing a game, another 30 reading a book, then maybe watch a movie. that takes all of 3 and a half hours tops. you have that kind of time in a day.

Get a job. Entertainment is the thing you do when you're tired of working, not the thing you live for.

When I say work I'm talking about being useful to society in some way.

This. The problem is the internet and the ammount of files you have to entertain yourself with.
Delete everything in your HD.
Download a few pieces of any media that interests you, a book is a great choice.
Find a way to cut your internet for at least one week.
As days go by the few things you downloaded will become entertaining enough for you to dwell in them until the internet is back.
Your mind will expand.
Try this.

Humans exist to live in society. If you're not useful to it, nature gets in action and makes you suicidal.
Suicide is nature's way of getting rid of undesirables in a pack so the resources won't be wasted.
You haven't found the good porn/literature/music/movies/tv shows/video games yet.
Not hard.

Google "Hedonistic treadmil" and "Overchoice"
You have to do things you don't like to enjoy the things you do. Too much of a good thing becomes boring. A job is a great way (usually too good and you can't self regulate the hours), or just working out and studying.
If you're given too many choices you're likely to not pick any. Narrow it down to the better half then pick one at random from that and stick to it.
I have a very similar situation. What I like to do is pick a couple good options, and randomize it so that chance picks for me.

>Big world with thousands of possibilities
>Chose to only do the 4 things that involve being alone and engaging in fantasy
>Why am I bored?
Maybe you are bored because you only ever do the same 4 things
Maybe you aren't opening yourself to countless opportunities but you are doing the opposite
>>34577874
You are wrong
Humans desire society but they also desire freedom Wich is the opposite of society
