Like if you have any problems, they don't matter. Although I have a theory that only people whose bodies have low endorphin levels and production, and experience chronic physical and emotional discomfort will respond favorably to heroin, which develops into long-term addiction. I've seen people instantly fall in love after their first dose, and people who say it felt pretty good yet uncompelled to try it again. Some just prefer stimulants, and some develop a short-term addiction which they kick relatively easy. Personally, I don't see myself living without it, and I'm not the only one who has integrated into their life rather than let it take over. A speedball is pretty wicked. The coke (or meth) hits first, but it's more evened out rush as opposed to a straight up hit. Then the heroin asserts itself, although you're still feeling "up" from the coke. Eventually the coke wears off in the usually timeframe, and the heroin makes for a nice comedown.
