I think I have it.
I mainly pull out the hair on my shoulders, on my chest, on my stomach, on my legs, on my feet and also on the upper part of my pubic area.

I have scars all over my legs cuz of it.

I do it by first twirling the hair strand and then pulling when it feels right.

I don't pull my hair strands out because it hurts too much.

How to stop??

I do it on my chin and the painful feeling kind of went away; do you get that on your nuts too?
