Is shampoiing once every 3 days for less greasy hair just a meme? Because I've been doing that for months and my hair just looks awful, greasy, and super thin when I don't get the oil out.
Can't even go out in public unless it's on a day I used shampoo or I look like some unwashed hobo. It feels so bad.

on a side note, I wash my hair with shampoo every other day because I heard a daily wash with shampoo is bad.

With just conditioner it's super oily. I even wash it out with cold water.
