Boxer briefs. Regular briefs are too tight at the leg hole. Boxer briefs have the problem as well but they can be adjusted more easily. Also boxer briefs have more scrotum room. Boxers are too loose and you might as well skip underwear entirely if you're going to wear those.

I've tried everything except thongs/bikinis made specifically for men. Have tried the girl versions of those. Too tight. I don't like having a piece of material literally on my anus. Kinky, but not comfy.
