In conversation or in group chats he tries to make a joke and then says '(shut up [hisname]...)' pre emptively. Regularly insults me trying to make conversation. Asks how long my girlfriend will be staying and whether that will breach the house's contract when she was just staying for a weekend. Generally awkward and uncomfortable socially, something which other people have noted.
