As a female with the same condition and also a KHHV, I recommend trying oxybutin pills if you have not already. Ask your doctor about it, I take two a day and it works miracles. I still sweat but no longer get "ewww why are your hands wet" comments, can read without soaking book covers, play vidya without having to wipe controller, etc. Hopefully this helps you. I'd hold your sweaty hands all night anyway

As he said, fairly mild side effects, I was considering surgery but did some research and suggested oxybutin to doctor. I don't really have any side effects besides dryer skin and being dehydrated but I was sweating so much I was dehydrated anyways. desu the condition is for my entire body, not just my hands, but hands were main noticeable things to people obviously. My legs would be soaked etc too though. I would certainly try different doses before resorting to surgery, it's the only thing that works for me, I even tried botox in my hands which did nothing and hurt like hell.
