>"just find a hobby"
How do I find a hobby when everything is boring and I'm always tired?
If there was something I liked doing, I would have done it by now

>everything is boring and I'm always tired
You start by combating your depression.
Does rewatching Hidamari Sketch count as a hobby?

I wouldn't say so, you're not born with a list of everything that you like or hate. I didn't start rock climbing until I was 23.

And how does someone do that?

Lots of googling symptoms, researching and trial & error.
If you're a dude boosting your testosterone with certain foods is a good start

It's not, ascetic training is more than just a hobby.

>tfw try to get into literature because I want to do something productive for a change
>reading is tedious and boring because I'm dumb and years of 4chan, fapping and anime has ruined me
>also too dumb to draw
>too dumb to do anything

I'm dumb and reading literature isn't that hard for me
Just find a book you will actually enjoy

Find a hobby you enjoy

It's not that I can't read anything, my guilty pleasures arelesbian romancesbut when I realize that it's all just contemporary fiction with no real literary merit I get sad.

obviously you have depression and need to increase your test, but its understandable that you feel this way in this day and age. Everything is so fucking boring, boring is in style, we live in the age of maximum conformity and sanitation. If we live in a highly feminized, fisher price society, can we really be blamed for being low test? can you blame people for being bored in a boring, passive society?
Maybe its wrong to say boring is in style, I'm sure plenty of people are disgruntled with being bored, but the thing is, thats the status quo, the way it is, whether you begrudge it or not. Males are raised these days to sit down, shut up and endure stagnation and boredom, any inability to do this or deviation from this behavior and you're labelled autistic and ADHD.
Not to mention, we're being overworked to sustain this lifestyle, so even if anything exciting and thrilling were socially acceptable and condoned, we wouldn't have the energy to do it.
Welcome to the age of neutered, caged animals, programmed to work, breed, reproduce and work
You keep going. Doing new things is like carving new riverbeds into your brain, almost literally, neural networks connect to each other and a network that is connected to other networks is more active and excited. If you just carve one little section out, and leave it at that, it's going to suck. You need to keep pushing further and further until you have a complex river system, and then all the water you pour down it flows smoothly and efficiently through. Water is like actively doing something, and the riverbed is your past experiences that have been carved into you. The water erodes the ground and slowly smooths it out until that water can take the past of least resistance through. That's when hobbies become enjoyable, it stops being boring to do and it starts being enjoyable and even relaxing.

life is mostly boring
by the definition of boring it has to be
you shouldn't expect hobbies to be magically exciting or fulfilling - they are simply what you put into them
pain and boredom are the default because working into them keeps you alive
